We offer private training in both Boxing and Muay Thai for adults. Sessions are tailored to your experience level and goals, whether you're looking to learn the fundamentals, improve fitness, sharpen technique, or compete. Each session focuses on proper form, conditioning, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment. Small-group sessions may include light partner drills, but training is always personalized to your progress.

For boxing you will need 16oz boxing. 180 inch hand wraps, sneakers or boxing shoes, athletic wear, mouth guard, head gear, groin protection applicable.
For Muay Thai you will need 16oz boxing gloves. 180 inch hand wraps, shin guards, mouth piece, groin cup if applicable.

Yes. Coach Mario likes to work with beginners to focus on fundamentals for good boxing and Muay Thai technique.
Coach Mario emphasizes:
Proper stance and balance
Hand positioning and guard
Basic footwork: pivots, step-and-slide, cutting angles
Straight punches: jab and cross mechanics
Basic hooks and uppercuts with hip rotation
Head movement and defensive habits (slips, rolls, blocks)
Controlled pad work to ingrain timing and distance
Simple combinations and drill repetition to build muscle memory
Breathing, rhythm, and recovery between rounds
Progression to light sparring only after fundamentals are consistent
Session structure typically includes:
Warm-up and mobility (10–15 minutes)
Technique drills and shadowboxing (15–20 minutes)
Pad work focusing on specific skills (15–20 minutes)
Footwork and defensive drills (10–15 minutes)
Conditioning and cooldown (10 minutes)
