We offer private training in both Boxing and Kickboxing for ages 10 and up. Sessions are tailored to your experience level and goals, whether you’re looking to learn the fundamentals, improve fitness, sharpen technique, or compete. Each session focuses on proper form, conditioning, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment. Small-group sessions may include light partner drills, but training is always personalized to your progress.
